Alaska Cruise, Land & Rail

Day 1 • Anchorage, Alaska: Fly today to Alaska’s metropolitan city, Anchorage. Spend the night here tonight.

Day 2 • Mt.Mckinley: Board a motorcoach for your journey along the George Parks Highway to the Mt. Mckinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. You may catch your first views of incredible Denali along the way. Sit and gaze at the majesty of "The Great One" from the lodge's treehouse designed and built by Pete Nelson of Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters show. There will be optional excursions you can do or you can simply enjoy the grounds of your lovely lodge.

Day 3 • Denali: This morning, depart on another scenic motorcoach drive to the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Explore Denali National Park on a natural history tour, watching for glimpses of Denali as well as Denali's "big five" - moose, caribou, bears, wolves and dall sheep. Be sure to check out Fannie Q's Saloon, named after a famed local homesteader, or sit outside at a fireside patio.

Day 4 • Whittier:Enjoy the scenic rail Journey by Princess  this morning with unforgettable views of the Alaskan wilderness in the Great Land on our exclusive Direct to the Wilderness rail service. Once in Whittier you will step from the train onto your ship for the beginning of your unforgettable cruise on The Royal Princess.

Day 5 •  Hubbard Glacier: Have your camera ready today as we cruise past the mammoth Hubbard Glacier, one of the state’s advancing glaciers.

Day 6 • Glaciers Bay National Park: You will be amazed by the shimmering surfaces as we sail through spectacular Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, a treasure trove of tidewater glaciers, marine life and scenic islands.

Day 7 • Icy Strait Point, Alaska: This port features various tours, a restored salmon cannery & trails.

Day 8 • Juneau: From massive mountains to historic buildings, there is so much to explore in the capital city of Juneau!

Day 9 • Ketchikan: This known as the City of Totems, on tranquil Revillagigedo Island. The town also claims the title of "Salmon Capital of the World."

Day 10 • At sea: Take in the incomparable sights from our ship as we cruise south today. With an atmosphere of comfortable elegance, tantalizing dining options and dazzling entertainment, your stay on board Royal Princess will be anything but ordinary.

Day 11 • Home: Disembark our ship in Vancouver, CN and board an airplane for home. An Anderson motorcoach will meet you at the airport.
