We arrive in the gorgeous Thousand Islands area and check in to our home for the next two nights, The Edgewood Resort - right along the water! Tonight, enjoy dinner and the evening on your own at our lovely resort. (D)
Day 2 • Thousand Islands Cruise & Castles: This morning we depart for a fantastic cruise on the St. Lawrence River. This cruise features beautiful scenery amongst the Thousand Islands and two castle tours. Our cruise first visits Dark Island for a guided tour of the amazing Singer Castle* - the only castle on the river to be completed, fully furnished and resided in during the heyday of the ‘great builders’ and industrials in New York. Next visit Boldt Castle — this unfinished wonder of architecture stands as a monument of love from Mr. Boldt to his beloved Louise. Learn the secrets of this castle via personal audio tour. Be our guest for dinner tonight. (B, BL, D)
Day 3 • Home: Head for home today. Arrive home tonight enriched by our experience touring the Castles of New York. (B)
