Day 1 • Asheville, NC: Enjoy a scenic day of travel as we journey to Asheville, arriving for dinner at Stone Ridge Tavern. (D)
Day 2 • Grand views: A guide leads our tour of Asheville prior to free time at the historic Grove Arcade, opened in 1929. Experience many different tastes, treats and treasures at downtown's premiere shopping and dining destination. Experience the grand holiday decor and Christmas exhibits at the legendary Biltmore Estate. After free time at the Antler Hill Village shops at the estate, be our guest for dinner. (B, D)
Day 3 •Holiday artisan magic: Visit the Western North Carolina Farmers Market this morning for local crafts and goodies. Then after lunch, visit the Asheville Folk Arts Center and then the Chatlos Chapel and prayer garden at Billy Grahams Training Center at The Cove. After dinner, return to the Biltmore mansion, where firelight and candlelight fill the house with a warm glow. Enjoy a self-guided candlelit tour at Biltmore, which is festively decked for the holidays with priceless treasures while the front lawn of the Biltmore house sets the scene with sparkling holiday illumination of evergreens bathed in thousands of twinkling lights. Day 4 • Home: Today we say goodbye to beautiful Asheville, stopping at Tamarack in Beckley, WV, prior to our evening return. (B)
