Cruisin the Mississippi
Day 1 • Quad Cities: We travel today arriving for a three-night stay at near Bettendorf, IA. Tonight you have time to relax or enjoy gaming at our hotel! (D)
Day 2 • Mississippi River Paddlewheel Cruise: We depart early for The Celebration Belle River Cruise. A wonderful day is in store as we board the largest luxury excursion vessel on the Upper Mississippi River en route to Dubuque, IA. Along with a breakfast, lunch and prime rib dinner, your day is filled with 100 miles of beautiful sights, live entertainment, narration and experience cruising through lock and dams and so much more! Tonight, enjoy our resort on your own. (B, L, D)
Day 3 • Le Claire, IA: Tour the Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House Mansions in Moline, IL, once owned by the John Deere family. Enjoy lunch at Lavender Crest Winery. Then we visit Antique Archaeology, the home base for American Pickers as featured on the History Channel where foragers travel coast to coast in search of forgotten American treasures, restoring them to their former glory! The evening is yours at our hotel. (B, L)
Day 4 • Home: Today we travel home with wonderful memories of our Quad City get-away. (B)
