Northern Delights - Agawa Canyon & Mackinaw Island

Day 1 • Sault Ste Marie, ON : Please note - This tour requires a passport! Enjoy a day of scenic travel before checking into our Sault Ste. Marie hotel on the waterfront. Enjoy the evening exploring the area or stroll the boardwalk!

Day 2 • Agawa Canyon: Today we enjoy a beautiful train ride through Agawa Canyon on the Algoma Central Railway. We travel over towering trestles, alongside pristine lakes and rivers, and through granite rock formations and mixed forests of the Canadian Shield. The breathtaking views and fall foliage make for an inspiring adventure! Enjoy breakfast and lunch aboard the train before arriving at Agawa Canyon to enjoy time to explore and stretch your legs. Evening in Sault Ste Marie to enjoy at your leisure. (B, L)

Day 3 • Mackinac Island: This morning we depart via ferry for beautiful Mackinac Island. This charming island is sure to capture your imagination. We begin with a fully narrated horse-drawn carriage tour of the town. Learn about the fur trading business, the old stone church, Surrey Hill and more all while taking in the scenic vistas of the lovely island. A grand buffet lunch is included today at the legendary Grand Hotel, which you are then free to explore. We overnight in Mackinaw City. (B, L)

Day 4 • Home: Visit charming Frankenmuth today with time to explore. Enjoy lunch included at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant and a visit to Bronner's Chirstmas Wonderland. Depart for home reflecting on our old world vacation. (B, L)
